VForce ("we", "us") provides a coaching companion app for athletes ("VForce", the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are
VForce is operated by VForce FitHub. You can contact us at support@vforcefithub.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only the information needed to run the coaching service:

We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, location data, contacts, or any data for marketing or analytics purposes.
3. How we use it
Your data is used solely to:
- Authenticate you and let you sign in
- Show you your tailored training program
- Let your coach review your progress and write feedback
- Allow you to book sessions with your coach
- Notify you of important account events (e.g. password resets)
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, use it for targeted advertising, or train any machine learning model on it.
4. Who sees your data

We do not share your data with anyone else without your explicit consent or a valid legal request.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in Supabase databases hosted in the European Union (London region). Progress photos and profile pictures are stored in Supabase Storage in the same region.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it longer (e.g. tax records).
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your data — request a copy of everything we hold
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Restrict how we use your data
- Object to specific processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email support@vforcefithub.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
VForce is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS for all network traffic, hashed passwords, row-level security on the database, and encrypted storage. No system is perfectly secure — please choose a strong password and never share it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the App.
