Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VForce mobile app ("VForce", the "App") operated by VForce FitHub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VForce. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• All activity that happens under your account
• Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

3. The coaching relationship

VForce is a tool that helps coaches deliver training programs and helps athletes follow them. VForce itself is not a coach, gym, doctor, or medical professional. Your coaching relationship is between you and the individual coach you have engaged. We are not party to that relationship and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any training advice you receive.

4. Health disclaimer

Exercise carries inherent risks. Before starting any training program:

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional
• Disclose any pre-existing conditions to your coach
• Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms

VForce, its operators, and any coaches using the platform are not liable for injuries or health outcomes resulting from your training. You use the App and follow your program at your own risk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself, or any image that is unlawful or violates another person's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, the database, or any underlying infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the App
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of everything you upload (progress photos, free-text answers, etc.). By uploading you grant VForce a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content only as necessary to operate the service and show it to you and your coach.

We do not use your content for advertising, machine learning training, or any third-party purpose.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep VForce available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time without notice.

8. Subscription & payments

If a paid plan is offered through the App, the price, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective policies.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the Profile tab or by emailing support@vforcefithub.com. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.

Upon termination, your access to the App ends immediately and your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VForce, its operators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business
• Personal injury arising from training advice or activity undertaken via the App

Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
